A very important part of learning during Kindergarten years is

identification and recognition of colours.Our world is filled with vibrant colours and to celebrate this, ‘Rainbow Day’ was organised on 21st October 2022 at JMVK campus.

Classrooms were decorated based on the concept of RAINBOW with

various attractive objects, toys and real things. The curriculum is planned to enable the tiny tots to

experiment with wide range of activities. Teachers and children spoke about colours during class time

and they sang rhymes on colours. Children showed their enthusiasm to mix primary colours to get secondary

colours.

The tiny tots were dressed up in VIBGYOR colours. It was an excellent learning experience for children, which enhances their visual

discrimination also..
